Alvin Bragg is the first Democrat prosecutor to get a crack at Donald Trump in a courtroom.

But he doesn’t need to have the law on his side to get a conviction.

And this former Attorney General revealed one scary truth about Alvin Bragg’s witch hunt against Donald Trump.

The sham witch hunt Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought against former President Donald Trump is underway.

Bragg might be the only Democrat prosecutor who will be able to take Trump to trial before the election.

Special Counsel Jack Smith and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis look like they’ll have their cases delayed until after the election.

President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats are banking on a conviction against Trump to turn the election in their favor.

But the flimsy case was so weak that even the Biden Justice Department and the previous Manhattan Democrat District Attorney who preceded Bragg wouldn’t touch it.

Bragg only brought the case forward after Trump announced that he was running for President again, and didn’t need the facts or the law on his side to win the case.

Former Trump Attorney General says Bragg is betting on rigged jury

Trump’s former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker recently appeared on Newsmax and predicted that the former President won’t get a “fair” jury.

“But remember, President Trump, is not going to be able to get a fair jury and an impartial jury in Manhattan, in New York City, because 70-plus percent voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 Election. President Trump did a poll that suggested 61% of the residents of Manhattan said that they thought he was guilty,” Whitaker said. “And I just don’t think that jury pool is gonna be very fair and impartial like he’s entitled to under the Constitution.”

Presiding over the case is Democrat Judge Juan Merchan, whose daughter works for a Democrat political firm that is paid significant sums by a plethora of prominent left-wing clients, like Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA).

Trump’s legal request for a change of venue for the trial was rejected by the judge.

Trump facing a hostile judge in Bragg’s witch hunt

Whitaker said that Merchan is “hostile” to Trump because of his political donations to Biden.

“We should not expect to get many rulings, or if any, in favor of President Trump. And remember, this case isn’t about the facts,” Whitaker said. “And as I laid out earlier, this is not a strong legal case. The Federal Election Commission has already said this isn’t a violation of federal law. The Southern District of New York has already passed, and Alvin Bragg’s predecessor already passed on this case, and so you just, it’s legally weak, but you know, they’re going to make us go through it, and I think, you know, hopefully, really beyond hope, we can get a jury that sees this for what it is, which is election interference — a completely weak case.”

Democrats have a Soviet-style show trial in Manhattan with a partisan Democrat judge and a jury pool picked from an overwhelmingly Democrat-controlled city.

Bragg won the election for Manhattan District Attorney with nearly 84% of the vote by specifically promising to target Trump with whatever “crimes” he could whip up.

Democrats are stacking the deck against Donald Trump to get a conviction.
