Did you enjoy your Easter celebration over the weekend?

If so, you’re probably not a Democrat politician or working in Big Media.

And CNN took a page out of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama’s playbook to insult every Christian.

Biden, Hochul replaced Easter with a new woke holiday

Easter is the holiest day of the year for Christians – even more so than Christmas.

It has nothing to do with bunnies, eggs, candy, or hams.

It’s a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

However, for President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats, May 31 wasn’t Easter – it was “Transgender Day of Visibility,” as if transgender activists aren’t forced in Americans faces 365 days per year at this point.

Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul of New York also thought Easter Sunday would be the best day to fly the trans light-pink and baby-blue colors from Buffalo to the Big Apple.

But while self-proclaimed “Catholic” Democrats like Biden and Hochul couldn’t be bothered to even fake an interest in the holiest day of the year, CNN decided to mark the occasion by mocking Christians.

However, the self-proclaimed “journalists” weren’t even creative enough to craft a new way to insult Christians – instead stealing an idea from former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Hillary Clinton.

CNN won’t say “Christians”

Tragically, a bus traveling to an Easter festival in South Africa plunged off a cliff last week, killing 45 Christians.

But CNN decided to go with a different and disrespectful way to describe the tragedy.

“45 people killed as a bus carrying Easter worshippers falls off a cliff in South Africa,” CNN tweeted.

The caption in the picture also used the term, “Easter worshippers.”

According to the Daily Fetched, People, and NBC News jumped on the bandwagon and used the same headline.

Of course, people who celebrate Easter are not “Easter worshippers,” they’re Christians.

Just as Jews aren’t “Hanukkah menorah lighters,” and Muslims aren’t “Ramadan fasters.”

Saying that to Jews and Muslims would be disrespectful to them and their faith, just as it is to call Christians “Easter worshippers.”

CNN copying Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Democrats have insulted Christians by calling them “Easter worshippers.”

When Blaze Media’s Lauren Chen saw the CNN headline, she responded, “’Easter worshippers,’ they’re really doing this again, I guess.”

The “again” is referring to 2019 when both Obama and Clinton used “Easter worshippers” to describe the dozens of Christians who were murdered by Islamic extremists in Sri Lanka that Easter.

“The attacks on tourists and Easter worshippers in Sri Lanka are an attack on humanity,” Obama said at the time. “On a day devoted to love, redemption, and renewal, we pray for the victims and stand with the people of Sri Lanka.”

On the same day, Clinton used the same insulting, disrespectful and borderline blasphemous phrasing when addressing the tragedy.
