Like their media counterparts Democrat celebrities have gone out of their way to use their platforms to try to normalize and mainstream their extreme ideology.

But every once in a while they drop the charade and flat out admit the truth behind their unhinged ideas.

And now Bill Maher’s blood-curdling admission about abortion will leave you fuming.

Bill Maher goes off the rails

Despite pushing back against his fellow Democrats’ obsession with woke extremism in recent years, comedian and Real Time host Bill Maher, has long been a proponent of abortion, in addition to many other left-wing policies.

But his recent comments on Americans who are pro-life and abortion itself left both sides completely stunned.

In a recent panel discussion with Piers Morgan and Gillian Tett, Maher took aim at Republicans, including former President Donald Trump, who support a 15-week ban on abortion rather than it being outlawed, and/or believe the matter should be left to the states.

“I don’t understand the 15-week thing, or Trump’s plan [to] leave it to the states,” Maher said.

The late-night comedian suggested that if you’re pro-life, you can’t believe that it’s ok to kill babies in “some states” but not others.

“They think it’s murder, and it kind of is. . .”

Maher explained that while he doesn’t understand self-proclaimed pro-lifers who support such positions, he “can respect the absolutist position.”

“I really can,” Maher added.

Then, Maher said something that shocked his viewers and made for an incredible viral moment for social media users.

He flat out admitted that abortion is murder – a cardinal sin for pro-abortion Democrats – and even went so far as to say he’s ok with it.

Maher lamented Democrats’ position that Republicans want to stop abortion because “they just hate women.”

“They don’t hate women,” he said, adding that Democrats “just made that up.”

“They think it’s murder, and it kind of is,” Maher admitted. “I’m just OK with that. I am. I mean, there’s 8 billion people in the world. I’m sorry, we won’t miss you. That’s my position on that.”

The panelists and the audience were struck by the comment, and were left in total silence.

Then, Morgan spoke up to break the awkward silence.

Morgan says Trump is changing his tune for “political reasons”

Morgan said that Maher was being “quite harsh,” and suggested that the Real Time host might only hold that opinion because he doesn’t “like children.”

Morgan then explained that he is pro-choice, and though he likes that Trump is becoming more moderate on the matter, he views it as a poor decision.

“What I think I don’t respect quite so much with Trump, is that he’s clearly done a complete U-turn, and I think for political reasons,” he said.

Morgan said that Trump leaned in on abortion to secure the votes of Christian and Catholic conservatives, and now he’s doing the same to appeal to left-leaning independents voters.

“I do understand the political reasons he’s doing it and I think it could be quite effective, actually, neutralizing what is becoming a massive banana skin for the party. And I think that’s what he’s recognized, and he’s getting ahead of it,” Morgan said.
