Woke extremists are trying to force their insane ideology down everyone’s throats.

But despite their successes some have begun pushing back against them.

That’s why Joe Biden was left seething with rage after these judges upheld this anti-sodomy law.

Uganda’s Constitutional Court just overwhelmingly upheld the country’s criminal ban on homosexual activity.

An outraged White House

This ruling, while applauded by many, prompted immediate outrage from the woke extremist Biden regime.

In its ruling, Uganda’s Constitutional Court upheld virtually all of the provisions in the country’s 2023 Anti-Homosexuality Act.

“We decline to nullify the Anti-Homosexuality Act 2023 in its entirety, neither will we grant a permanent injunction against its enforcement,” Judge Richard Buteera wrote of the court’s decision.

Despite their decision upholding the law, the court did criticize some sections of the law.

The court said the sections in question were “inconsistent with right to health, privacy and freedom of religion.”

And according to Reuters, the court did strike down one provision of the law.

They ruled that a provision criminalizing those who provide premises for homosexual acts, as well as any failure to report homosexual acts to authorities, violates individual rights, and thus, must be removed while the law’s remaining provisions stay in place.

In claiming victory, Ugandan lawyer Gawaya Tegulle, who supported the anti-sodomy law, said, “If this was an exam, we would have passed by about 95 percent.”

Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre condemned the decision, calling it “a small and insufficient step towards safeguarding human rights.”

“The United States is deeply concerned”

“The United States is deeply concerned about the remaining provisions,” Jean-Pierre, the first openly gay White House Press Secretary, said in a news briefing after the decision.

In her briefing Jean-Pierrer claimed that the Ugandan law jeopardizes “public health” and “Uganda’s international reputation.”

Conveniently, Jean-Pierre completely ignored the serious health risks posed by the homosexual lifestyle, especially in nations like Uganda.

There is nearly a 30-times higher risk of HIV and elevated risks of other STDs and cancers, such as anal cancer.

In Uganda it is estimated more than 6% of the people are infected with HIV, with a shocking 60% of those unaware they are infected.

LifeSiteNews previously reported that some Ugandan lawmakers expressed growing concerns that woke extremist activists have been actively indoctrinating children into the lifestyle at an alarming rate.

And many of them had been doing so very openly.

The group Sexual Minorities Uganda, founded in 2004 but banned in 2022, has reportedly even targeted minors with cash payments to participate in homosexual X-rated films.

There has also been propaganda created to groom youth into supporting (and even engaging in) homosexuality.

This propaganda has been discovered in schools and other areas where children are captive audiences.

Uganda’s President has stated in no uncertain terms that they will not be moved on the issue despite the Biden regime’s opposition.

“The signing is finished,” President Yoweri Museveni said. “Nobody will move us. It’s not genetic, it’s not hormonal, it is a psychological disorientation… It’s a type of sickness.”
