Donald Trump needs to pull in every vote he can this November to win back the White House.

That includes ensuring he can unite the entire Republican base behind his campaign.

And Donald Trump made one promise that has religious Americans erupting in cheers.

The Biden regime is targeting Bible purchases

In 2020, former President Donald Trump won across the board with people of faith in America.

Pew Research Center conducted a study showing that nearly 60% of Protestants and 50% of Catholics voted for Trump.

Conversely, Biden received over 85% of the votes of atheist and agnostic voters.

Now, the Biden regime’s war on people of faith is raging harder than ever with extreme proposals for nationwide abortion on-demand, and outright persecution by the intelligence agencies.

One report from the House Judiciary Committee claimed that under the Biden regime’s “leadership,” the FBI is targeting those who purchase any merchandise connected to Christianity or the former President.

Religious texts like the Bible, and items related to “TRUMP” and “MAGA” are being flagged by financial institutions and reported to the FBI.

“This kind of pervasive financial surveillance, carried out in coordination with and at the request of federal law enforcement… is alarming” the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government said.

Now, Trump is digging in on the Biden regime’s threat to people of faith.

“We have to bring back Christianity in this country…”

Speaking at the National Religious Broadcasters Presidential Forum, Trump vowed that when he returns to the White House his administration “will protect God in our public squares.”

“Nobody will be touching the cross of Christ under the Trump administration, I swear to you that will never happen,” he told the group last week.

President Trump promised that he “will once again aggressively defend religious liberty” just as he did in his first term.

Referring to himself as a “very proud Christian” he said that the country needs “the hand of our Lord and the grace of almighty God” to bring our country back from the ruins brought on by Biden.

“We have to bring back our religion… we have to bring back Christianity in this country,” he said.

And Trump is ready to take specific action in this regard.

“We answer to God in heaven”

“Upon taking office, I will create a federal task force on fighting anti-Christian bias,” Trump promised adding that his administration will have a very special “mission.”

“Our mission will be to investigate all forms of illegal discrimination, harassment, and persecution against Christians in America,” he declared.

Trump went on to say that “Americans of faith are not a threat to the country,” but rather they are “the soul of the country.”

“Remember, every communist regime throughout history has tried to stamp out the churches, just like every fascist regime has tried to co-opt them and control them,” he said.

And this is exactly what “the Radical Left” is trying to do now.

“For all Americans, but especially for Christians, nothing is more important than to defeat this wicked system and return to fair, equal, and impartial justice under the Constitutional rule of law,” he said.

Trump vowed to remind the country that “we do not answer to bureaucrats in Washington, we answer to God in heaven.”
