Joe Rogan is the most listened-to podcaster in the world and has become a bellwether for culture.

The comedian’s political views have shifted dramatically in recent years aligning with most of the country.

And now Joe Rogan suggested one cure for this “f**ked up world” that will leave you stunned in the best possible way.

America is being hit with skyrocketing depression rates as people look for purpose

America is in the middle of a mental health crisis and experts are grappling with the issue.

According to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, over 48,000 Americans died of suicide in 2021 — which is the equivalent of someone committing suicide every 12 minutes.

Suicide has jumped to the 11th leading cause of death in the United States, and things are only getting worse.

Polling conducted by Gallup suggests that the number of Americans who report being diagnosed with depression has nearly doubled in the past 10 years from 10.5% in 2015 to 17.8% in 2023.

While the so-called “experts” are trying to figure out the answer, a popular podcaster may have just found it.

“We need Jesus”

Joe Rogan sat down to interview NFL legend Aaron Rodgers earlier this month, and they ended up discussing the cultural decay in our country.

Rogan brought up the issue of mental health amongst our veterans, and said that he believed the country — and the world — is in need of a major intervention.

“I think as time rolls on, people are going to understand the need to have some sort of divine structure to things, some sort of belief in the sanctity of love and of truth, and a lot of that comes from a religion,” he said.

The podcaster said that we live in a “f—-d up world,” and that “we need Jesus.”

“For real, like if you came back now, like Jesus, if you’re thinking about coming back, right now, now’s a good time. Now’s a good time,” Rogan said.

Rodgers brought up the trend of many people believing Jesus was on the verge of returning, but he was hesitant to endorse the idea.

But Rogan compared the times we live in to those of Moses.

“There are laws to adhere to that will make for a much better life”

“It might be, we reach a certain point where we’re so unmanageable and so chaotic, that something comes down and gives us a guideline. I mean, this is what Moses essentially experienced… when he came back with his Ten Commandments,” the podcaster continued.

Rogan stressed that none of the “religious visions” in the Bible gave an image of hopelessness, but rather they came with instructions.

“There’s a way to do this. There’s a guide. There’s a way to follow and there’s a greater power that’s above everything,” he said.

“[God] keeps it all together, and there are laws to adhere to that will make for a much better life for all humans and life on Earth,” he finished.

Rodgers seemed skeptical about Christianity, but he did say that he believes even “atheists can find their own religion” and they do because it’s that important.

“If there is the Christianity part and Jesus wants to come back and save everything, it’d be good right about now,” Rodgers said.
