Back in the day flying to an exotic location was an adventure and passengers would even wear their Sunday best for the event.

But these days people show up in pajamas, planes are crowded, and commercial aviation is just a major pain.  But what is worse is people are no longer on their best behavior.

And, as this latest video shows, people forget that excess alcohol consumption and air travel just don’t mix. .

This recent viral airplane video has many travelers shaking their heads in disgust

More people than ever are traveling through the airways, and as a result airplanes and airports are more crowded and congested than ever before.

To make matters worse, many travelers are acting out in ways that disgust most decent folks.

Copious amounts of alcohol combined with the natural stress of flying has turned people into monsters, creating frequent midair viral outbursts.

Most recently, a passenger making the long voyage from London Heathrow to New York’s JFK Airport went ballistic mid-flight, which many have attributed to alcohol abuse.

According to the New York Post, “A British JetBlue passenger had to be restrained by four fellow travelers when he became inebriated and abusive toward the cabin crew on a recent flight to New York, video showed.  The fracas went down on Tuesday during a flight from Gatwick Airport to New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport.”

The report added, “The flight crew found “an opened bottle of liquor” the drunk man had brought on board, a JetBlue spokesperson told The Post Wednesday.”

Grant Saunders, a hypnotist who was onboard this infamous flight, spoke out about the matter, saying, “The men from the back of the plane came down to assist. They eventually tackled him to the floor.”

He added,  “The man was drunk and was getting loud and aggressive, moving seats. Then when the crew asked him to calm down, he started getting worse. Then he started wandering about the aisle, the crew asked him to sit in his seat and he then started getting aggressive,” he recalled.  I felt sorry for elderly couples who were sitting around where it was happening. The lads got a round of applause as they left.”

JetBlue released a statement on the matter, claiming, “For everyone’s safety, the customer was restrained with the assistance of other customers who were witnessing this threatening behavior. The flight landed safely at New York’s JFK Airport where it was met by law enforcement who took over the situation.”

People have lost all sense of how to act properly in public spaces

Incidents such as the one that occurred Tuesday, have become all too common in today’s world.

Many experts attribute the increase in these sorts of incidents to the overcrowding in many Airports across the world, cramming more and more people into small places.

Throw large amounts of alcohol into the mix, and you have a recipe for utter disaster.
