Rebranding as a female collegiate swimmer after three years competing as a below average male collegiate swimmer was off-putting to many.
This was especially true for legitimate female athletes who underwent years of hard work and training.
And now woke extremist swimmer Lia Thomas just made one announcement that will leave you shaking your head.
As if being part of a national backlash against the idea that biological men should compete in women’s sports wasn’t enough, Lia Thomas, the controversial transgender swimmer who was gifted a women’s swimming national championship by the NCAA despite tying with a biological female swimmer, is wading into yet another controversy.
For Thomas, radicalism in one realm isn’t enough
Thomas has posted images to social media showing him modeling a militaristic t-shirt in support of the domestic terror group Antifa.
He can be seen in a photo wearing dark sunglasses and the Antifa shirt, reading “Antifa Super Soldier,” while mockingly holding up his hand in a peace sign.

“Trans swimmer Lia Thomas, formerly William Thomas, has now embraced the #Trantifa branding in new photos posted on social media,” journalist Andy Ngo tweeted. “Trans violent militancy is the current focus of #Antifa. They believe that critics of trans ideology should be silenced, maimed or murdered. Some call for sexual violence against females in particular, as revenge.”
Antifa became a notorious domestic terror group in the wake of the woke left-wing outrage mob’s riots during the summer of 2020.
The group has been responsible for destructive riots that have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in property damage over the past decade, while engaging in mob violence that has led to numerous injuries and deaths.
Many female athletes opposed to woke insanity
Thomas previously competed on the University of Pennsylvania men’s swimming team, and after ranking outside the top-400 male collegiate swimmers in the nation with no prospects for improvement, chose to “transition” to competing on the women’s team.
He went on to tie the University of Kentucky’s Reilly Gaines in the 500-yard freestyle at the NCAA National Championships, only to have the ruling class elites who exploit college athletes for the multi-billion dollar annual profits they generate to decide to crown Thomas the sole champion to pander to the woke left-wing outrage mob.
Thomas was allowed to compete against women – who were forced to also share a locker room with him – despite the fact that he has not undergone transition surgery and, in the words of Gaines, is still a “fully intact male.”
Many women obviously opposed that move, and tennis legend Martina Navratilova blasted the University of Pennsylvania for submitting Thomas’ name for the NCAA’s “Woman of the Year” award.
Gaines has gone on to give voice to the frustrations of female athletes around the world, leading the charge to protect other women from being forced into such a situation again.
She asserts that many within the collegiate swimming world opposed Thomas’ inclusion in women’s sports, but were simply afraid to speak up over fear of being attacked by the woke left-wing outrage mob, and in some cases, even losing their livelihoods.
