The corporate-controlled press doesn’t even hide the fact it runs a protection racket for the Democrats.
Politicians on the Left constantly slide without intense scrutiny from self-proclaimed “journalists.”
And Fox News’ Tucker Carlson is calling out the Fake News Media for ignoring this major Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez scandal.
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has undoubtedly been treated with kid gloves by the corporate-controlled press.
She sat for one mildly challenging interview with moderate Republican Margaret Hoover on Firing Line, then never did it again.
Since then, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez has only spoken with compliant leftists willing to give her fawning praise.
The so-called “mainstream” media barely report on her lies, missteps, and radical positions.
But Carlson touched on one scandal that the corporate-controlled media is studiously ignoring – Ocasio-Cortez is currently the target of an ethics probe.
“Pursuant to House Rule XI, clause 3(b)(8)(A), and Committee Rules 17A(b)(1)(A), 17A(c)(1), and 17A(j), the Acting Chairwoman and Acting Ranking Member of the Committee on Ethics have jointly decided to extend the matter regarding Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, which was transmitted to the Committee by the Office of Congressional Ethics on June 23, 2022,” the House Ethics Committee wrote in a statement.

The Daily Caller reported that the “committee did not reveal what it is investigating Ocasio-Cortez for, in accordance with its rules,” and that AOC has “also faced scrutiny for her involvement with the Super PAC Justice Democrats.”
“Ocasio-Cortez’s fellow ‘Squad’ members, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, have also faced ethics scrutiny,” The Daily Caller added. “Omar hired her then-boyfriend and now-husband as a campaign vendor for her 2018 bid, possibly violating rules that prohibit members from using campaign funds for personal use. Tlaib paid herself a salary from campaign funds after being elected to Congress, in possible violation of the same rule.”
The Committee did not say why Ocasio-Cortez was under investigation, but Fox News’ Trace Gallagher suspects that it could be due to her attendance at the Met Gala.
Of course, the corporate-controlled press has little interest in the story, which is simply par for the course.
After Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and other members of “The Squad” referred to ICE facilities as “concentration camps,” and a deranged Antifa terrorist was killed in the process of attempting to “liberate” one of the camps.
When asked if her rhetoric was responsible, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez simply refused to respond.
If she were a Republican, she would’ve been hounded and labeled a stochastic terrorist.
