Kamala Harrisā Vice Presidential pick isnāt the only radical socialist in Minnesota.Ā Ā
The state that sent Hubert Humphrey, Walter Mondale, and Al Franken to the U.S. Senate seems to be riddled with them.
And now Tim Walz is grinning from ear-to-ear after Minnesota criminals scored a major win with this Supreme Court ruling.
Recently, the Minnesota Supreme Court decreed that citizens do not have the right to fight back when confronted by criminals.
On the contrary, in a 4-2 decision, the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that a person who is being attacked or threatened must retreat if āreasonably possible.ā
According to the outrageous majority opinion, Americans āhave a dutyā to run away from criminals, rather than defend their lives, loved ones, and property.Ā Ā
The ruling upholds two second-degree convictions for assault with a deadly weapon against a man who when accosted by a knife-wielding maniac at a light rail station in Minneapolis brandished his own weapon.
Minnesota court outlaws deterrence
As Justice Paul Thissen pointed out in his dissent, the decision was ānot only unprecedented in this state,ā but has ānever been adopted anywhereā else in the United States.
Thissen went on to explain that āuntil now, the collective wisdom of judges nationwide over hundreds of years has never imposed a duty to retreat before making threats to deter an aggressor.ā
Clearly, Minnesotaās Supreme Court is taking a page from the Democrat playbook.
After all, retreating seems to be Democratsā knee-jerk reaction when confronted with evil.
From Afghanistan to the Middle East to the streets of Minneapolis, Democrats tuck tail and run, hide, or mollycoddle rather than stand up to aggressors.
Harris helps to put violent thugs back on the street
Itās a trait both Kamala Harris and her Vice Presidential nominee, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, have in spades.
During the 2020 Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots, Harris brazenly backed the criminals who looted, burned, and terrorized many major U.S. cities.
She even raised money to spring them ā not to mention individuals with violent charges like murder and rape āĀ from jail.
On the flip side, she couldnāt have cared less about the innocent shopkeepers who saw their livesā work go up in flames at the hands of violent protesters, or the innocent bystanders viciously attacked, or the valiant police officers who gave their lives to protect and serve.
None of these hard-working Americans mattered to Kamala Harris then and none matter now.
In fact, one of her pet projects is the Minnesota Freedom Fund, an organization that helps put murderers, rapists, and serial domestic abusers back on the street.
Walz fiddles while Minneapolis burns
While Kamala was cheerleading the torching of Minneapolis in 2020, Walz fiddled as the stateās largest city burned.
For 18 hours, the citizens of Minneapolis waited in growing terror for the leader of their state to send help.
Minneapolis Democrat Mayor Jacob Frey begged for at least 600 National Guardsmen to get the rioting and looting under control.
When he finally chose to act hours later, Governor Walz sent a scant 100 guardsmen.
Because of his limp-wristed response, neighborhoods burned and hundreds of businesses were ransacked and destroyed.
Villains rampage at home and abroad
Minnesota is a snapshot of whatās in store for the entire country under a Harris-Walz regime.
Criminals rampaging without fear of consequences and law-abiding citizens forced to run away or face criminal prosecution.
And you can be sure this topsy-turvy worldview will extend to foreign policy as well.
Thereās no doubt Harris and Walz will kowtow to Russia, China, Iran, and other bad actors on the world stage like they cozy up to criminals here at home.
After four years of the Biden-Harris regime, the world is on fire and Americaās once great cities are lawless hellscapes.
Four years of the even more radical Harris-Walz twosome will have devastating and perhaps irreversible consequences.
Peace through strength both at home and abroad must be Americaās roadmap, and we need someone in the White House who will follow it.
