New York’s most attention seeking Congresswoman has made a name for herself as a fringe left-wing radical.
From purposely chasing thousands of jobs away from her District to habitually portraying her critics as “racists” and “misogynists” without evidence she’s certainly generated controversy.
And now this damning revelation about a former staffer just put Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’ extremism bona fides on full display.
A woman named Justine Medina earned $35,000 working for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) on her 2020 campaign.
But lest there be any confusion as to just how virulent her politics are, it has now come to light that Medina now works as a senior official within the New York State Communist Party.
Evidently, her experience working for the socialist firebrand was just the work experience the Communists were looking for – plus, the Congresswoman’s agenda is almost perfectly aligned with their own.
After her 2020 campaign stint, Medina was named “Co-chair of the New York Communist League” by the People’s World, a publication of the Communist Party.
Medina is also listed as a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Communist Party.
And for her part, she makes no bones about where she stands politically.
“Haha, well, I *am* a Communist, but work for AOC & helped start Queens DSA’s Electoral WG, so I def see utility in working on the Dem ballot line!” Medina wrote on Twitter. “But yes we should run third party candidates where it makes sense! And IMPORTANTLY, channel ppl who join thru electoral elsewhere too.”

Based on her tweets, it’s easy to get the impression that Democrats and Communists often work hand-in-glove, something Democrats and their media allies have denied for years.
Medina claimed she was responsible for “organizing and writing policy language with Anti-War Veterans & the Peace Movement” while working with AOC.
And that’s straight from the horse’s mouth.
In another tweet, Medina sang the praises of Communism, calling it a movement about “equality, democracy, peace, the advancement of workers, the oppressed and humanity in general.”
She also issued the warning that the road to communism will be “unkind” to those who “block progress.”
But then, she helpfully added, “communism is good and shouldn’t scare you.”
Medina has been arrested numerous times.
She was jailed at least twice in June 2020 during Black Lives Matter riots which set numerous Democrat-controlled cities ablaze, and complained in a tweet that the police officer’s zip ties were too tight.
Medina was also arrested in 2020 for attempting to deface a plaque in Queens honoring Fred Trump.
In any other place besides AOC’s radical left-wing district in New York, these recently unearthed ties to such a wild-eyed fanatic would be quite damning.
As it is, the revelation simply says all that needs to be said about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’ extremism.
