And the woke left-wing outrage mob’s heads exploded after SCOTUS made this one religious liberty ruling.

Nice having a conservative SCOTUS

The Supreme Court has obviously been controlled by Democrats for decades, and as result, left-wing radicals have become accustomed to having the Court do its dirty work anytime it can’t pass extremist policies through the constitutional legislative process.

But thanks to a four-year period that saw three openings on the bench, allowing former President Donald Trump and Republicans to install three constitutionalist Justices, the times are changing.

While the Supreme Court might not always issue rulings that freedom and liberty-loving Americans completely agree with, Democrats and other authoritarians have seen their agenda’s suffer greatly thanks to the Justices adherence to the Constitution and natural law.

And as a result, the Court recently issued a jaw-dropping religious liberty ruling that could change everything.

In the case of 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, the correct ruling wouldn’t be hard for the average American to reach based on the horrid facts of the case. 

At the center of the case is Lorie Smith, a devout Christian web designer from Colorado, who challenged Colorado’s insane anti-religious liberty law that forces small business owners to take on jobs, even if they violate their personal religious beliefs. 

Smith sued the state of Colorado over the law on the grounds that it violated her right to religious freedom, taking the battle all the way to the Supreme Court. 

And in a shock to many Democrats who want nothing more than to attack people of faith, the Supreme Court sided with Smith and religious liberty in a 6-3 decision.

Justice Neil Gorsuch penned the Court’s majority opinion, writing that “the First Amendment protects an individual’s right to speak his mind regardless of whether the government considers his speech sensible and well intentioned or deeply ‘misguided.’”

The Court ruled that all speech is protected from being coerced by the government as they concluded, “the First Amendment envisions the United States as a rich and complex place where all persons are free to think and speak as they wish, not as the government demands.”

At this rate, 2023 might just go down as the year the tide finally started to turn against Democrats’ stranglehold on America.
