For years self-proclaimed “journalists” and other media talking heads pretended as though they were unbiased arbitrators of truth.

But a shift has taken place in recent years leaving Democrats’ media allies to drop the charade and openly embrace their role as the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.

And that was proven beyond any doubt after this sports media hack used two words to describe Trump supporters that will have you enraged.

During an appearance on CNN’s Smerconish, self-proclaimed sports “journalist” Bob Costas claimed that the tens of millions of Americans who support former President Donald Trump over President Joe Biden in the 2024 election are part of a “toxic cult.”

“Costas’ attack on Trump supporters was disgraceful and uncalled for,” Fox News contributor and radio host Guy Benson said of Costas’ tirade. “With millions of Americans standing behind Trump, it’s absurd to dismiss them as part of some toxic cult.”

Benson’s sentiments were echoed by fellow Fox News contributors Katie Pavlich and Lisa Boothe, who condemned Costas’ remarks as a betrayal of impartiality and professionalism.

“From sports to saying Trump supporters are a cult,” Pavlich said. “It was a deplorable moment for him.”

Boothe, meanwhile, raised concerns about the broader implications of Costas’ comments, suggesting that any Republican figure would face similar unwarranted criticism.

“If you’re a Republican, you have a target on your back,” she asserted.

Costas’ scathing critique didn’t stop at Trump himself – he also took aim at President Joe Biden, warning of the potential consequences of his re-election bid.

Describing Trump as the “most disgraceful figure in modern presidential history,” Costas painted a dire picture of the political landscape, suggesting that Biden’s candidacy could pave the way for Trump’s return to power.

“[Biden] could lose to Trump and subject the nation to four more years of this kind of ongoing insanity,” Costas claimed.

Trump’s recent victory over former Trump UN Ambassador Nikki Haley in her home state of South Carolina has only added fuel to the fire, further cementing his position as the frontrunner in the race for the Republican nomination.

With Super Tuesday on the horizon, the stakes have never been higher as Trump sets his sights on a potential rematch with President Biden in November.

With Costas’ incendiary comments serving as the latest flashpoint in an ongoing culture war, the battle for the soul of America rages on.
