No one saw this one coming.
Democrats have been crying for years now about how the Supreme Court is somehow “illegitimate” because they didn’t get their way on a handful of rulings for the first time ever.
And now the Supreme Court just handed one major victory to Democrats that directly impacts 2024.
The Supreme Court has always been a point of political tension.
Supreme Court: History of Attacks
The real foundation of the Supreme Court’s power in jurisdiction came from a political and family feud between former Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall and former President Thomas Jefferson.
During the 1930s, former President Franklin D. Roosevelt repeatedly hit the Supreme Court as his biggest opponent and threatened them openly in public.

And as a result, horrible rulings were handed down that have caused irreparable harm to the nation, as the Supreme Court caved to his every demand to protect the foundation of the Court.
So the idea that political attacks on the Supreme Court are new isn’t factual.
But Democrats’ recent attacks on the Supreme Court have been ruthless nonetheless.
Week after week, Democrat activists posing as self-proclaimed “journalists” rail against the supposed corrupt and radical Supreme Court.
Democrats do everything they can to try to brainwash Americans into believing that the Supreme Court is nothing but a radical cog of some Republican political machine – if that were true, does anyone think Republicans would cave or outright lose as often as they do?
But when you actually look at the Court’s rulings, it’s clear the Court is either left of center or just follows the letter of the law.
For example, the overturning of Roe v. Wade is not just about the issue of abortion.
It’s about the fact that the so-called “right” to an abortion does not exist, and that there was never any standing for Roe in the Constitution.
But even though Democrats are actually willing to admit that Roe was unconstitutional, they persist in their onslaught of attacks against the Supreme Court.
For a year now, Democrats have claimed the Supreme Court is going to do an immense amount of damage to those who are “underprivileged,” especially people of color, as the Supreme Court is about to rule on cases that revolve around gerrymandering and race.
As it turns out, the so-called “conservative” Supreme Court sided with Democrats on drawing voting maps to pacify the woke left-wing outrage mob.
SCOTUS hand Democrats 2024 victory?
In a 5-4 decision in Allen v. Milligan, the Supreme Court ruled that Congressional districts must be drawn with race top of mind.
In a surprising blow to Congressional maps drawn by Alabama, and potentially other Republican states, the Supreme Court ruled that the maps violated the Voting Rights Act because the new maps didn’t have enough districts with a higher percentage of black voters.
“A district is not equally open, in other words, when minority voters face – unlike their majority peers – bloc voting along racial lines, arising against the backdrop of substantial racial discrimination within the State, that renders a minority vote unequal to a vote by a nonminority voter,” Chief Justice John Roberts claimed in the Court’s majority opinion.
Now, Alabama is being forced to redraw their Congressional maps to include an additional majority black district, effectively handing Democrats a second Congressional seat in Alabama, and striking a major blow to Republicans as they look to keep control of the House in 2024.

This ruling will make it extremely difficult for Republicans to hold onto the House after 2024.
