The Secret Service is under fire after the agency let Donald Trump get shot.

Nearly letting the former President get assassinated is the tip of the iceberg.

And the Secret Service was caught red-handed trying to bury one awful secret scandal.

White House cocaine scandal has a Secret Service angle

A baggie filled with cocaine was discovered at the White House over the Fourth of July weekend in 2023.

The Biden family was out of town that weekend, but suspicion immediately shifted to known drug addict Hunter Biden, who had been at the White House prior to the discovery.

But the scandal was quickly swept under the rug when the Secret Service announced that they simply couldn’t figure out who brought cocaine into possibly the most secure and surveilled building on the planet.

It seemed like the scandal was successfully buried last summer.

The near assassination of former President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania is raising fresh scrutiny about the Secret Service.

RealClearPolitics national political correspondent Susan Crabtree revealed that the Secret Service never wanted to find out who brought cocaine into the White House during an appearance on Newsmax.

“It would never have come to light if it was normal policy,” Crabtree explained. “The Secret Service agent details, the innermost ring that protects the President, they just dispose of it down the toilet if they encounter ‘contraband’ within the White House complex.”

One of the members of the Secret Service’s Uniformed Division – which acts like a federal police force for the White House – came across the bag and feared the worst.

“But in this case, it was the Uniform Division that found it… and thought it was anthrax,” Crabtree said. “So they contacted the police, and all of a sudden, the White House complex was being evacuated on a very sleepy night.”

Secret Service sits on evidence

Crabtree said that the Secret Service could have moved forward with its investigation into who brought the cocaine into the White House, but they closed the case instead.

“That’s why we haven’t had any other episodes of drugs being found in the White House over the years, but the problem here is they then had to test the drug… and the FBI got, I am told by a very good source, is a partial hit on DNA,” Crabtree stated. “They have it in a vault, they could retest that… They chose not to on purpose. So the only way we’ll know is to get new leadership in there and retest it.”

Crabtree previously reported that former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle – who resigned in disgrace after refusing to do so for 10 full days in the wake of the Trump shooting – wanted to destroy the cocaine after it was found.

She was worried that it would become an embarrassment to President Joe Biden because of his son’s well-known battle with drug addiction.

The Secret Service Uniformed Division and Forensics Services Division fought Cheatle to preserve the evidence.

Cheatle was close to the Biden family after she worked on then-First Lady Jill Biden’s security detail.

The New York Post reported that she got the job of Secret Service Director after the First Lady’s office pushed for it.

The Secret Service has deeper problems than anyone ever imagined.
