Few people in the United States face more legal troubles than Donald Trump.
Things are getting so bad it looks like he could wind up in jail even before he’s convicted of any crime.
And the jaw-dropping action this Democrat judge just took against Donald Trump will leave you speechless.
What happened to lady justice?
Thanks to Democrats’ weaponization of the American judicial system, the days of being innocent until proven guilty, or receiving a fair and open trial, are long gone – at least, if you’re not a Democrat.
Now, the American judicial system’s only purpose is to advance their woke extremist agenda, and punish anyone who dares disagree with Democrats.
What used to be a problem third-world banana republics faced is now an issue that’s impacting every Americans’ rights and freedom.
And there’s no better example than what is happening to former President Donald Trump.
One bad statement away from a jail cell
Most people know that the dozens of charges Trump faces are as phony as they get, but he has become the trophy buck every Democrat wants hanging on their wall.
And now, Americans are seeing the repercussions of Democrats’ witch hunt against Trump first-hand.
Trump is currently embroiled in a case out of New York City in which New York Democrat Attorney General Letitia James has been on a warpath, trying to make the case that Trump committed fraud by artificially inflating the value of the properties his company owns.
As you can imagine, the case against Trump has been thin at best, which has caused the former President to rightfully fume at the injustice he is facing.
So Trump has been exercising his First Amendment right to voice his frustration about the court and biased case against him.
But Judge Arthur Engoron has now placed a gag order on the case, which prohibits Trump from commenting on the case outside of court.
As you can imagine, a gag order isn’t going to silence Trump, as he was fined $5,000 for his first violation of the gag order last week.
But earlier this week, Trump was hit with fine number two for violating the gag order.
All Trump said was that there “is a very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside of him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is.”
Judge Engoron took great offense to this, and immediately fined Trump $10,000 for simply exercising his right to free speech.

The scary part is that Trump has already been threatened once by the judge with jail time for violating the gag order.
So if Donald Trump keeps commenting on the case, don’t be shocked if he is thrown behind bars even before he is convicted.
