The corruption at the Biden White House is spreading.
And it seems no one working for Joe Biden is above board.
But now the end may be near for Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre after she was just handed the worst possible news.
Last week, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel determined that White House Press Secretary Jean-Pierre violated federal law.
Politicking from the White House podium
It has become a national pastime.
Checking the news each and every day to see what Jean-Pierre will say next.
And for the most part, she doesn’t disappoint.
Her rambling non-answer answers are only surpassed by her radical and unhinged statements that leave many wondering just how she got her job.
But almost no one saw her blatant violation of federal law coming.
Recently, the Office of Special Counsel ruled that Jean-Pierre’s attacks on Republican voters violated the Hatch Act, and people took notice.
Jean-Pierre first launched attacks on Republicans prior to the 2022 Midterm elections, and has continued her assaults regularly since then.
And the Office of Special Counsel’s ruling has many political observers wondering when she will face justice.
The Hatch Act is a federal law intended to prevent federal employees from using their official positions for political purposes.
Protect the Public’s Trust
“Unfortunately, we have seen mega MAGA Republican officials who don’t believe in the rule of law,” she originally said in the statement that triggered the complaint against her back on November 2, 2022.
“They refuse to accept the results of free and fair elections and they fan the flames of political violence through what they praise and what they refuse to condemn,” she added. “It remains important for the president to state strongly and unequivocally that violence has no place in our democracy.”
The complaint was filed the next day by the watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust.
“Because Ms. Jean‐Pierre made the statements while acting in her official capacity, she violated the Hatch Act prohibition against using her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election,” Ana Galindo‐Marrone, who leads the Office of Special Counsel’s Hatch Act Unit, wrote in a letter to the group.
Destroying the public’s trust
But despite finding a clear violation of law, Galindo‐Marrone continued by admitting that her office has “decided not to pursue disciplinary action and have instead issued Ms. Jean‐Pierre a warning letter.”
Once again a Biden regime official gets caught breaking the law only to get a slap on the wrist.
No wonder the American people are becoming more and more disenchanted with the federal government, and the clear double standard for Democrat officials.
The Office of Special Counsel’s findings made it clear that KJP did, in fact, violate federal law.
“Although Ms. Jean‐Pierre never expressly instructed viewers to vote for or against Republican candidates for elected office, OSC concluded that the timing, frequency, and content of Ms. Jean‐Pierre’s references to ‘MAGA Republicans’ established that she made those references to generate opposition to Republican candidates,” the report read. “Accordingly, making the references constituted political activity.”
But then, to make sure everyone understood just how corrupt the system is, the letter continued by saying, “we have decided to close this matter without further action.”
Of course, this is not the first Hatch Act violation committed by the Biden regime.
Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra made a public show of support for Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA), and former Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain retweeted a political message using his official Twitter account.
And given the lack of any accountability for violating federal law, expect more violations to come.
