The Left is determined to “never let a good crisis go to waste.”
That’s exactly what they did in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic presented leftists with an opportunity to reshape America.
And now President Biden may bring back one of the worst pandemic protocols in time for the election.
Never let a crisis go to waste
Remember “Fifteen days to flatten the curve”?
That turned into a two-year nightmare of perpetual pandemic restrictions shutting down businesses, and worse, stealing freedom and liberty from Americans.
COVID policies undoubtedly also assisted Democrats in the 2020 election cycle.
Federal mail-in ballots, unmanned ballot drop boxes, ballot harvesting by shadowy non-profit organizations, extended voting dates, and more all threatened the integrity of America’s elections.
Here we go again
With every indicator currently suggesting a massive Red Wave is coming in the November Midterm elections, Democrats may have finally found their salvation – Monkeypox.
Newsmax is reporting the Biden White House is currently considering a declaration of Monkeypox as a national emergency.
For those keeping track, that’s a third emergency President Biden is considering, as he’s also debating emergency declarations for abortion “rights” and climate change.
Just days ago, World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus overruled his board of health experts to declare Monkeypox a global emergency.
If Biden were to do the same thing, it would give his administration the authority to institute similar restrictions and policies Americans suffered through during COVID.
Meanwhile, The Washington Post is reporting President Biden will soon be naming a Monkeypox coordinator – think, Anthony Fauci for COVID.
Is this really an emergency?
Monkeypox is almost entirely avoidable by simply not having unprotected gay sex with men you don’t know.
According to the WHO’s own numbers, 98% of verified Monkeypox cases came from men having sex with men.
Furthermore, the pure number of cases in the U.S. and across the globe don’t scream, “emergency.”
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports there are only 3,400 cases of the sexually transmitted disease here in America.
And worldwide the number of cases is only about 18,000 – outside of Africa, where Monkeypox originated and has long been endemic.
There have so far been just two reported deaths related to Monkeypox.
Neither of those fatal cases came from the United States.
Yet another Joe Biden failure
The Biden administration has mishandled Monkeypox vaccines, ordering first too much when there was no demand.
This led to vaccines passing their expiration dates and having to be thrown out.
The White House then delayed ordering more vaccines, until recently, causing a shortage for the 3,400 infected Americans.
The Biden administration has recently announced 800,000 additional vaccines will be distributed after a U.S. Food and Drug Administration review.
