Nancy Pelosi was just handed one set of numbers that sent her into full panic mode

Republicans only need to flip five seats this fall to oust Nancy Pelosi from her position as Speaker of the House.

Democrats thought they had a plan to protect their majority.

But Nancy Pelosi was just handed one set of numbers that sent her into full panic mode.

With less than five months to go until the November Midterm elections, the political atmosphere is grim for Democrats.

Since Midterm elections have historically been a referendum on the President’s Party, Joe Biden’s long string of failures are setting Democrats up for a potential wipeout at the ballot box this fall.

Democrats go “all-in” on January 6

Instead of addressing the problems facing Americans, such as skyrocketing inflation, the border crisis, and record crime rates, Democrats went “all-in” on using Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 witch hunt committee to stop Republicans from taking back the majority.

This turned out to be a huge mistake for Democrats.

Politico/Morning Consult recently released a new poll showing that a dismal 32 percent of voters said that January 6 would have a “major” impact on who they vote for in November, while only 18 percent said it would have a “minor” impact.

The same poll found a whopping 50 percent of voters said January 6 would have no impact whatsoever on how they vote this fall.

Of course, this is not the only poll showing Democrats made a huge mistake by placing all their chips on using January 6 to protect their majorities in Congress.

A recent NBC News poll showed that 55 percent of voters believe Donald Trump bore none or only very little responsibility for the events at the Capitol on January 6.

Pelosi and the Democrats were hoping to get the public interested in their witch hunt by holding a fancy, scripted hearing on primetime TV.

But according to a recent Rasmussen survey, 4 out of 10 voters said they will not watch any of the January 6 hearings on TV.

Only 22 percent of respondents said they would watch “some” of the hearings.

“It’s the economy, stupid

When speaking about elections, Democrat strategist James Carville once famously said that “it’s the economy, stupid.”

Current polls show Carville’s saying still holds true today, as voters are more concerned with the economy than they are about Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 witch hunt.

According to an ABC News/Ipsos poll released on Sunday, 80 percent of Americans say inflation is an “extremely/very important” factor in how they will vote in the Midterm elections.

On the issue of inflation, the same poll showed that Joe Biden’s approval rating is at a dismal 29 percent, with 71 percent of voters disapproving of Biden’s handling of inflation.

And when it comes to gas prices, 74 percent said Joe Biden’s skyrocketing gas prices are an “extremely/very important” factor in how they plan to vote.

But Democrats continue to ignore the polls.

Instead, they continue to shift the blame for skyrocketing inflation on to anyone but Joe Biden while also spending most of their time harping about the events on January 6.

And this is why poll after poll shows Democrats are headed for a major wipeout at the ballot box in the upcoming Midterm elections.
