The ruling class elites have been running a nearly decade-long assault on Donald Trump, his allies, and the millions of working class Americans who support him.
They’ve hit him with constant character assassination attacks and an unprecedented lawfare strategy to imprison him.
But Merrick Garland was sent into a fit of rage after Donald Trump flipped Democrats’ lawfare strategy on its head.
Donald Trump files lawsuit that could upend the weaponized DOJ
From the moment President Joe Biden entered office, the Biden Department of Justice has launched a barrage of legal attacks against former President Donald Trump.Â
The Biden Department of Justice, under the guidance of Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, even went as far as to raid Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, hoping to uncover dirt on the former President by digging through former First Lady Melanie Trump’s undergarments.
This raid, which quickly made international headlines, demonstrated the lengths that Garland and his bootjacks would go to implicate Trump.Â
Officials at the Biden Department of Justice even authorized the use of deadly force in this raid, which allegedly uncovered classified documents at the sprawling Palm Beach mansion.Â
Garland then appointed Jack Smith as Special Counsel, bringing forth 37 felony charges against Trump for allegedly possessing these classified documents.Â
However, much to the delight of Donald Trump and his legal team, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the classified documents case against Donald Trump in July, claiming that the Justice Department illegally appointed special counsel Jack Smith.Â
Furthermore, Donald Trump just flipped the script on Merrick Garland and his cronies in the Justice Department after slapping them with a major lawsuit, seeking $100 million in damages.Â
In a recently released memo on the matter, Donald Trump’s legal team accuses the Department of Justice of “tortious conduct by the United States against President Trump.”
Trump attorney Daniel Epstein further elaborated on the lawsuit, telling Fox Business, “What President Trump is doing here is not just standing up for himself – he is standing up for all Americans who believe in the rule of law and believe that you should hold the government accountable when it wrongs you.”
Epstein added that Garland’s decision to raid Mar-a-Lago and charge the former President is not grounded in “social, economic, and political policy” but rather, in a “clear dereliction of constitutional principles, inconsistent standards as applied to Trump and a clear intent to engage in political persecution – not to advance good law enforcement practices.”
Donald Trump might soon engage on a lawsuit spree as the many lawsuits against him backfireÂ
In recent years, many Democrats and weak Republicans have made campaign promises to put Donald Trump and his associates in jail by any means necessary.
Many of these overzealous candidates won their elections, resulting in a barrage of lawsuits against Donald Trump.Â
Some of these have been dismissed, and many experts predict that Donald Trump will respond with major counter suits in the coming months and years.Â
