One way to describe Keith Olbermann is as the Left’s loudmouth logic-lacking attack dog.

Meanwhile Megyn Kelly is a sharp-tonged clever pit bull no one wants to cross.

And now Megyn Kelly just ripped Keith Olbermann to shreds with this epic truth bomb.

Tucker Carlson vs. the Left

Earlier this week, Fox News shocked the world when they let their top name walk away from the network.

Tucker Carlson is abruptly done at Fox News, and conservatives from coast-to-coast are waiting with bated breath to find out where the most popular and influential primetime cable news host in America will land next.

While Republicans were in shock – and ultimately tuned out of Fox News in droves – the Left has had a completely different reaction.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) took to social media to compare Carlson to a Marvel supervillain, and proclaimed that “deplatforming works.”

And the ladies of The View celebrated like they were at a ballgame with a stack of ballpark franks sitting in their laps.

As Whoopie Goldberg read the news of Carlson’s departure from Fox News, the studio audience broke out into applause.

This prompted the supposed former “comedian” to call for a spontaneous wave, as the entire self-proclaimed “bipartisan” panel participated as though they were trying to entertain themselves through a baseball game no one actually wanted to be at in the first place.

At that point, View co-host Ana Navarro, who claims to be a Republican while never missing an opportunity to bash conservatives and push the radical Left’s agenda, led the audience in a rousing rendition of Steam’s “Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye.”

It’s always a nice show of decorum and civility when one breaks into dance over a rival’s misfortune.

Megyn Kelly vs. The View

The entire scene didn’t sit well with former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, who called out the catty cast.

“Not one of these women could solo host a show and get ratings,” Kelly tweeted. “Not one. They are and will always be ensemble players. Their jealousy is on full display here, and ideological hatred too, of course.”

Never one to miss an opportunity to verbally harass a conservative woman, deranged and disgraced former ESPN and MSNBC talking head Keith Olbermann saw Kelly’s commentary and went into immediate attack mode.

“What would you know about successfully hosting a show?” the oft-fired Olbermann tweeted at Kelly. “Fired by Fox, fired by NBC. You’re 0-for-2 and you couldn’t get a job cleaning the studio at The View.”

For the record, Olbermann has been fired from ESPN twice, as well as from Fox Sports Net and Current TV, and was both suspended and fired by MSNBC.

Megyn Kelly vs. Keith Olbermann

And while mean-spirited, Olbermann’s statement about Kelly was also incorrect.

The former Fox News star didn’t waste time correcting the record.

“First of all, you misstate the circumstances of my departure from NBC, sir, that’s all I’m allowed to say about it,” Kelly said on her podcast. “As for Fox, there was a widely reported fact that I was offered $100-Million to stay there. But the record is very clear that I left voluntarily because I wanted to raise my family.”

Kelly’s NBC show was canceled after she claimed wearing blackface as part of a kid’s Halloween custom celebrating Diana Ross is different than wearing blackface to mock black people.

According to reports at the time, Kelly was paid the entirety of her $69 million as part of her split with NBC.

And the bombastic blonde wasn’t going to let Olbermann lie about her record and get off that easy.

“I wanted to raise my family – something you don’t know anything about because no one would marry you,” Kelly said to Olbermann. “And you have no children. You have a cold, lonely life in which you’ve become a bitter, bitter man. Something I wouldn’t know anything about because my life is joyful and I’ve managed to raise my own children. And someday I hope you have that pleasure. But I don’t have high hopes it’s going to happen.”

Kelly’s current podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show, is one of the top-rated Sirius XM and Apple Podcast shows – well ahead of Olbermann’s Countdown podcast, according to Edison Research.
