President Joe Biden’s energy policies have resulted in record high gas prices.
But while American workers are struggling to fill their gas tanks, President Biden is more focused on going green and helping foreign countries.
And now White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre can’t explain what the President is doing.
The “I did that” pain at the pump
President Joe Biden is telling American workers that the pain at the pump will continue for as long as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine continues.
Meanwhile, he also blames those greedy oil companies, and his latest scapegoat, local convenience store owners.
But while the President points the finger of blame in every direction, there are three more fingers pointing right back at his failing energy policies here domestically.
Reuters reported President Biden shipped more than 5-million barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to Europe and Asia last month.
In fact, one-million of those barrels were sold to an oil company owned by the Chinese Communist Party – that is still purchasing oil from Russia, despite U.S. sanctions.
And that company, China Petrochemical Corporation, according to a report from the Washington Free Beacon, has ties to Hunter Biden.
Oil for thee, but not for me
Biden’s dipping into America’s fuel reserves – and then sending that crude overseas instead of using it here at home to lower gasoline prices – has led to the lowest reserve levels stateside since the 1970’s.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about Biden’s baffling energy policy at a recent press briefing.
“There’s a Reuters report out this morning that says that more than 5 million barrels of oil that were released from the emergency oil reserves were exported to Europe and Asia last month, and some of it, reportedly, was actually heading to China,” an unknown reporter said. “Is the administration aware of those reports? And does the President mind that some of this oil that was meant to ease paying for consumers is headed overseas?”
Unfortunately, Jean-Pierre has apparently been kept out of the loop.
“I have not seen that report, so I would honestly have to go look into it and see what, what the truth is in that, in that statement that you just laid out and see exactly what’s happening. I just have not seen that report,” Jean-Pierre responded.
It’s about 14-seconds of cringy dodging that you can watch first-hand in the video above.
Biden is putting America at risk, with no reward
Back in March, President Biden announced he would tap into the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to the tune of one million barrels daily.

At the time, Biden said the risk of draining the reserve was worth it to reduce the costs at the gas pump.
However, since then, gas prices have increased to record levels.
