Kamala Harris is currently running for President as if she hasn’t been Vice President for over three and a half years.
While she may not want Americans to remember that fact when they vote she’s still hard at work firmly entrenching Democrats’ woke extremist agenda into American law.
And now Kamala Harris is throwing a hissy fit after the Supreme Court dealt her this devastating blow.
Democrats hate the Supreme Court
Former President Donald Trump was the first to be elected to office for the first time while openly supporting gay marriage.
Up through former President Barack Obama’s first term in office, Democrats nearly universally believed that marriage was to be between one man and one woman, and didn’t openly support gay marriage until 2012.
However, that’s when many Democrats quickly began going all-in on woke extremism, and began declaring anyone who questioned any aspect of their agenda as a “bigot.”
As a result, the woke extremist agenda has continued to get more extreme, with the woke left-wing outrage mob working to erase the fundamental, scientific fact of biological gender.
Democrats now believe that gender exists on a “spectrum,” and that even children can – and should – “transition” to any gender other than their biological gender.
Women’s sports have become a flashpoint for this attempt to eliminate the core principles of human biology, in which Democrats applaud biological men competing against women, often beating them due to their physical advantage.
However, on Friday, the Supreme Court of the United States refused to enforce a rewrite of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, drafted by the Biden-Harris regime.
This proposed rewrite stipulates that a refusal to accept a student’s self-professed gender as a violation of Title IX.
Furthermore, it would open the door for private law firms to sue schools that make such a refusal.
For example, under this new rewrite, a biological male student could sue their school for not allowing them to play on a women’s sports team, or use a restroom that aligns with their professed gender.
Friday’s ruling sends the ruling back to lower court judges, who have already drafted conflicting judgments on the matter.
Women’s sports advocates have praised this move, with the Heritage Foundation’s Sarah Parshall Perry writing, “For female students everywhere from preschool to graduate school [in 26 states] – today is a day for celebration,”
“In the Court’s view, the federal government could not demonstrate a likelihood of ultimate success on its arguments, ensuring that for the time being—and just before the start of a new school year—26 states will continue to receive relief from the Title rule while litigation proceeds,” Perry added.
The Supreme Court just handed radical Democrats a major defeat
Last Friday’s ruling demonstrated that the Supreme Court is not ready to give the executive branch expanded authority to police government schools.
In government schools across the nation, teachers must comply with Democrats’ woke extremist policies, distracting them from teaching children.
It should not come as a surprise that America has slipped far behind the rest of the world when it comes to academic standards.
