The Supreme Court’s constitutionalist majority was supposed to serve as a bulwark against Joe Biden’s lawlessness.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett apparently didn’t get the memo and just handed Joe Biden a huge win.

But it’s what happened next that will leave you in total disbelief.

Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett handed Democrats a massive win when they joined with the Supreme Court’s left-wing Justices to stay a lower court order preventing the Biden regime from cutting down razor wire the state of Texas installed in an effort to stop the Biden border crisis.

President Joe Biden refuses to enforce immigration law.

And at this point its apparent open borders is the regime’s desired policy.

Few could believe that the Supreme Court would codify open borders as protecting the country from invasion is supposed to be the principle duty of the federal government.

Texas Congressman Chip Roy demanded Texas Governor Greg Abbot ignore this absurd decision and continue the mission of securing the border in the face of federal inaction.

“This opinion is unconscionable and Texas should ignore it on behalf of the @BPUnion agents who will be put in a worse position by the opinion and the Biden administration’s policies,” Roy posted on X.

Governor Abbot agreed, and the Texas National Guard continued to install razor wire to help secure the border.

Former President Ronald Reagan previously said that a nation without borders is no longer a nation.

Democrats have sought to fundamentally transform America through their open borders agenda.

But even establishment Republicans like Greg Abbot understand that Democrats’ open borders agenda has gone too far, creating a massive national security and public safety threat.
