On Monday night, in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) laid out his plan for the Biden family.
“When Biden was running for office, he told the public he has never talked about business,” Speaker McCarthy said. “He said his family has never received a dollar from China, which we prove is not true.”
“We’ve only followed where the information has taken us,” he added. “But Hannity, this is rising to the level of impeachment inquiry, which provides Congress the strongest power to get the rest of the knowledge and information needed.”
These claims prove that impeachment is officially on the table for Speaker McCarthy and Congressional Republicans, who are clinging on to a thin House majority.
McCarthy has not revealed too many details about President Biden’s possible impeachment, but many political experts believe that this push will likely happen as soon as some of the ongoing investigations into the Biden family wrap up.
Regardless of when the Speaker begins an impeachment push, Biden is highly unlikely to be removed from office, even if he is impeached in the House.
The Constitution requires a 2/3 majority for a conviction in the Senate, and with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) calling the shots, that will never happen.

For decades, President Biden has avoided legal scrutiny thanks to his ruling class elite allies in Congress, and Democrats’ weaponization of the Department of Justice.
