The Biden administration is pulling out all the stops to defeat Republicans this November.
They know that Americans are leaning further away from the socialist Democrats so they need to paint their opponents as domestic extremists.
And now Joe Biden’s Department of Justice is coming after anyone in the MAGA movement with an army.
Steve Bannon to Joe Biden’s Department of Justice: “They’re not going to shut me up.”
Joe Biden and his DOJ have been on a warpath with MAGA Republicans lately.
He started with the infamous raid on Mar-a-Lago and moved onto his dark Independence Hall Speech where he made sure his point was made clear.
The latest breaking news was the indictment of Steve Bannon in the Southern District of New York.
It’s alleged that Bannon took $1 million from a non-profit that was created to build a section of the Mexican border wall.
After his arraignment, Bannon appeared on The Charlie Kirk Show where he pushed back, “Yesterday was one of the best days of my life. It was very powerful, spiritual day for me . . . they’re not going to shut me up.”
Bannon then proceeded to offer up some breaking news.
Bannon warns the Biden administration is using “lawfare” and “financial terrorism”
He claimed there were more raids by the FBI the day before, “There were 35 senior members of MAGA, Republican supporters of Donald Trump that the FBI rolled in on them . . . there’s so much going on at so many levels that people don’t even know about.”
Charlie Kirk asked him to clarify what he knew, and Bannon continued by stating that The Washington Post reported a minimum of five including Boris Epshteyn.
According to Bannon, “They [the FBI] didn’t serve the subpoenas to the lawyers. They wanted to make a big show.”
He went on to assert, “The Biden regime is trying to shut down everybody. They’re trying to use lawfare, financial terrorism, everything legally. Quite frankly up to assassination—that’s why they’re swatting everybody.”
Tucker goes deeper with a lawyer representing several parties targeted in the raids
Tucker started out his show with the breaking news for the Fox News audience, “Apparently, the FBI has launched a full-scale purge of supporters of Donald Trump. That would be Joe Biden’s likely opponent in the coming presidential election. That purge has significantly escalated today.”
But Tucker wasn’t just going on Bannon’s words alone.
He pulled in a managing partner at Dhillon Law Group – who represents multiple parties in the matter.
When Tucker asked Dhillon to explain she responded, “A few days ago, a political reporter called several people and said ‘Have you heard, or have you been served yet?’ the FBI is going to be serving 50 approximately search warrants and or subpoenas on Trump supporters. Within 24 hours of that . . . three of our clients actually did either get search warrants or subpoenas.”
Dhillon claims the DOJ broad subpoenas are “abuse” and “illegal”
Dhillon went on to describe these subpoenas as incredibly “broad” and that they ask for “all communications dating from a month before the election to a month to two months after the election . . . they asked for all communications regarding dozens of people and the categories are alternate electors, fundraising around irregularities around the election, and also a rally that happened before January 6 . . .”
She warned that “Basically most of this activity if not all of it is protected by the First Amendment and that the US DOJ is telling reporters about the search warrants and subpoenas before they’re even executed . . . to instill fear into Donald Trump supporters . . . right before an election.”
Dhillon gave her assessment calling “It’s abuse” and possibly “illegal” for the DOJ if they’ve been leaking to reporters.
