Even though gas prices have gone down a little bit since this past summer, America is still staring down the barrel of a full-blown energy crisis.

Joe Biden’s energy policy is a complete and total disaster
Joe Biden has not been in office for even two years, yet he has already managed to cement himself as one of the worst Presidents in American history.
Not only has he completely diminished America’s standing on the world stage, but he has also managed to destroy the economy, create an unmitigated disaster at the southern border, and cause crime to skyrocket.
But one area that Joe Biden has done particularly badly in is his energy policy.
So far, Joe Biden has made it his priority to demonize American oil companies, which has resulted in Americans depending on foreign oil.
Just this past summer, gas prices nearly reached double digits in some parts of the United States but thankfully these prices have since cooled down a bit.
The reason for the cool down was Joe Biden’s emptying of the United States’ strategic oil reserves, which is a terrible long-term strategy.
Most oil experts agree with this notion, including the experts from GasBuddy.
On CNN, GasBuddy’s head of petroleum analysis, Patrick De Haa made an ominous prediction about gas prices.
According to De Haa, “2023 is not going to be a cakewalk for motorists. It could be expensive. The national average could breach $4 a gallon as early as May — and that’s something that could last through much of the summer driving season.”
This is not what you want to hear from somebody who has extensive knowledge about gas prices.
What these comments prove is that Joe Biden’s energy policies are failing and that the measures he took to reduce gas prices are likely nothing more than a band-aid that helped get him through the Midterms.
What America can do to secure its energy infrastructure
When Donald Trump was President, making American energy independent was a top priority.
Joe Biden on the other hand has made it his mission to make America as dependent on foreign energy as possible.
Biden has declared war on American energy producers in order to appease climate freaks on the Left.
Not only does this weaken America by forcing Americans to rely on foreign powers, but it forces energy prices to skyrocket.
Solely relying on green energy is simply not practical right now and creating the idea that America can transition to so-called “green” energy in the near future is a complete delusion.
Now more than ever, America needs to harness its rich resources and make America energy independent.
Biden’s unwillingness to do this shows that he does not care about the daily lives of Americans, nor does he care about America’s long-term energy infrastructure.
Until Biden is willing to tell his radical base no, then Americans will continue to pay the price.
