J.D. Vance’s wife just took a sledgehammer to Democrats’ slanderous attacks against her husband

You can often tell how strong a relationship is by how far the couple will go to stick up for each other.

It seems as though the Republican Vice Presidential nominee’s marriage is just fine.

And that’s because J.D. Vance’s wife just took a sledgehammer to Democrats’ slanderous attacks against her husband.

A good spouse makes a great politician

Over the past few Presidential election cycles, candidates’ spouses have been a critical part in campaign messaging.

Despite seemingly stepping out of public life since leaving office, former First Lady Michelle Obama was a major force for her husband’s Presidential campaigns and Presidency as one of his top surrogates.

Former First Lady Melania Trump kept a lower profile, preferring instead to focus on raising her and former President Donald Trump’s son, Barron, but still made a major impact when she was called upon.

And of course, current First Lady Jill Biden is the sole reason her husband didn’t run for President between his first campaign in 1988 and second in 2020, and has largely propped her husband up Weekend at Bernie’s-style while she wields the actual power of the office.

This campaign cycle is already off to a whirlwind start when it comes to spouses, as Vice President Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug, recently admitted to having an affair with his child’s nanny during a previous marriage, which resulted in a pregnancy that the woke extremist “Second Gentleman” had murdered in the womb.

But fortunately for Trump supporters, there are no such issues on the Republican ticket.

In fact, even though she’s only made a couple of major appearances thus far, Senator J.D. Vance’s wife, Usha, has emerged as a force to be reckoned with.

Usha Vance sets the record straight

Senator Vance has made it clear that Usha is the rock of their family, and now it’s clear why.

Usha is highly intelligent and a fantastic communicator, which is exactly what a campaign wants from a spouse hitting the campaign trail.

And Usha just went on Fox & Friends to clear her husband’s good name from baseless attacks from Democrats and their media allies.

Specifically, the attacks on Vance’s comments about “childless cat ladies.”

For those curious, Vance told Tucker Carlson in 2021 that our society is deteriorating thanks to “a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.”

Usha was asked about his comments while on Fox & Friends, and she set the record straight.

“He made a quip in service of making a point that he wanted to make that was substantive,” Usha stated. “And I just wish sometimes that people would talk about those things and that we would spend a lot less time just sort of going through this three-word phrase or that three-word phrase, because what he was really saying is that it can be really hard to be a parent in this country, and sometimes our policies are designed in a way that make it even harder.”

But Usha didn’t end there.

She continued to defend her husband by adding, “And we should be asking ourselves, ‘Why is that true? What is it about our leadership and the way that they think about the world that makes it so hard sometimes for parents?”

If Usha continues this level of efficient communication for her husband, she will be a great asset for the Trump-Vance campaign.
