No one is a bigger asset to Donald Trump right now than J.D. Vance.

His Rust Belt roots and pro-working class populist message make him a major asset to the campaign’s efforts in key battleground states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

And now J.D. Vance made one observation about “weirdo” Tim Walz that sent CNN into a death spiral.

J.D. Vance is settling in well

Just a few weeks ago, many political “experts” on both sides of the aisle were suggesting that former President Donald Trump had made the wrong choice when he picked Senator J.D. Vance as his Vice Presidential running mate.

Few in politics are as despised by the ruling class establishment as the Ohio Senator solely because he continuously puts the American people first in every policy decision he makes.

And with Senator Vance only around 18 months removed from being elected to political office for the first time, thereby having a lower name ID nationwide than others Trump considered as his running mate, the ruling class and their media allies saw an opportunity to take him out with all sorts of attacks on his character.

As a matter of fact, in the immediate aftermath of his selection, the elites threw everything but the kitchen sink at him, attempting to discredit him as somehow “weird.”

But now, the tables are starting to turn, and we are starting to see exactly why Trump picked Vance.

Vance’s ability to express ideals and message them to the general public is something that is rare in the Republican Party.

Most Republicans are too timid to say anything bad about Democrats or to even have the fortitude to stand up for conservatism in the face of harsh questioning by some media pundits.

But this past week has shown that Vance not only enjoys going after his opponents, but also that he is lethal in his messaging.

Which VP pick is weird?

And Vance pointed out something about Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz, that left CNN shaking in anger.

In a recent interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, Vance went right for Walz’s jugular.

He pointed out how weird it is for Walz to shake his wife’s hand after rallies instead of giving her a hug and/or a kiss like a normal husband.

These comments were too much for a CNN panel on Monday morning.

CNN’s Kasie Hunt was left dumbfounded that Vance would make such comments about the way Walz greets his wife.

Bash started the viral meltdown by claiming that she “can’t believe” that Vance mentioned Walz’ awkward wifey handshake.

The Atlantic’s David Frum was immensely disturbed by Vance’s response to Walz being “weird” and stated that, “A lot of what he says is going to be incomprehensible to you unless you participate in or have some acquaintance with this strange underworld that he comes from.  I’m gonna say this — it’s not nice, it’s not true. What he’s trying to suggest is that Tim Walz is a sexual deviant of some kind.”

CNN couldn’t handle the attacks against Walz, and this is exactly what Vance needs to keep doing.

For weeks Walz has been trying to label Vance “weird” but the real weirdo is the guy who shakes his wife’s hand.

US Political Daily will keep you updated on any developments to this ongoing story.

Is it weird to give your wife a handshake?
