Even though the 2024 elections are a year and a half away things are already heating up.
The Republican field gets more crowded by the day and Joe Biden is starting to feel pressure from some of his fellow Democrats.
But now Gavin Newsom is quivering in fear after Ron DeSantis uttered these three words.
One of the most chaotic elections in American history
Although it seems like the 2022 Midterm election just happened, the 2024 election is heating up in a major way.
More and more candidates are throwing their hat in the ring every day, including several on the Democrat side, much to President Joe Biden’s dismay.
As far as Democrats are concerned, three candidates have officially declared their candidacy, including the incumbent President, Robert Kennedy Jr., and Marianne Williamson.
In modern American politics, it is very rare for a sitting President to face pressure from within his own party, and establishment Democrats are doing everything they can to suppress any candidate not named Biden.
However, many are calling on California Governor Gavin Newsom to throw his hat into the ring, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Governor DeSantis and Governor Newsom have traded blows in recent weeks over illegal immigration, among other issues.
“You know, it’s interesting,” DeSantis said at a press conference in Fort Pierce, Florida. “He’s got huge problems in his state, I mean, huge problems in his state. We all know that.”
“You see it in San Francisco, you see it in [Los Angeles], you see it in the people fleeing,” he added. “California, from its inception, gained population every single year until he became Governor. California was probably the height of opportunity for middle-class Americans for many, many decades in this country… People were drawn there, and yet, he’s the first Governor that’s overseen a massive exodus out of California.”
But what Governor DeSantis said next is sending shockwaves all across the nation.
“He has a real, serious fixation on Florida, but what I would tell him is stop pussyfooting around,” DeSantis added. “Are you going to throw your hat in the ring and challenge Joe? Or are you going to sit on the sidelines and chirp? Why don’t you throw your hat in the ring, and then we’ll go ahead and talk about what’s happening.”
Newsom has not responded to this challenge to enter the 2024 Presidential election.
Newsom wants nothing more than to force his failures on America
It is hard to deny that California is in a state of total chaos.
Whether it is wildfires caused by gross forest mismanagement, out-of-control crime, punishing home prices, or rampant corruption, California is nothing more than a wasteland with palm trees thanks to Newsom’s failed leadership.
If Gavin Newsom became President, he would bring his failed policies to the rest of America, which would destroy the nation.
