Illegal aliens have already been given more rights than most Americans.

But if you fall into this special group you will soon have the right to break the law as you see fit without the fear of consequences.

And Democrats’ new plan to give illegal aliens “get out of jail free” cards will make you sick to your stomach.

Illegal Immigration is the issue no Democrat wants to fix

Illegal immigration is one of the biggest issues facing the nation right now, and few in Washington, D.C. or in the media are actually talking about it.

With out-of-control inflation, sky-high gas prices, an ongoing war in Ukraine and potential war in Taiwan, and the total lack of competency in government, illegal immigration doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

But today, more illegal aliens are crossing the southern border than ever before.

They cross the border in droves thanks to an open invitation from the Biden regime, as illegal aliens know that nothing will happen to them if they’re caught sneaking into the country, or even if they’re caught living inside the U.S. tax-free while enjoying all of the taxpayer-funded handouts Democrats have secured for them while working class citizens struggle.

And when illegal aliens get to the southern border, many already have a set of rights and legal protections working class Americans can only dream of – perks they essentially receive for breaking the law.

Now, a new segment of illegal aliens are about to be handed the ultimate right that no other American – outside those in the ruling class elite, of course – has ever enjoyed.

It pays to be gay north of the border

Dozens of House and Senate Democrats introduced a bill this past week entitled, “The Dignity for Detained Immigrants” Act, that is nothing more than a “get out of jail free” card for illegal aliens.

Democrats, like Senator Cory Booker (D-NY), are pushing a plan within the legislation that would make it illegal to detain illegal aliens who identify as part of the LGBTQ2+ community.

This is something Democrats have been pushing for years now.

Under the bill, those who identify as gay, or those who identify with a gender that is not their biological gender, are able to avoid being detained for crimes they commit by being labeled a “vulnerable person.”

In essence, to detain a gay or transgender illegal alien, the U.S. government will have to jump through a whole bunch of hoops – hoops no Democrat or even most Republican Presidential administrations will ever even attempt to jump through.

The same extra red tape doesn’t apply to heterosexual illegal aliens who identify with their biological sex.

Congressman Adam Smith (D-WA) claimed that the bill “is a crucial step forward to bringing due process back to our immigration system and centering the humanity and dignity of people who come to our country to build a better life.”

It is amazing what Congress can waste its time on – as if all the other issues facing the nation, the 325 million actual American citizens, and every illegal alien who isn’t gay or transgendered, are somehow less important than ensuring gay and transgender illegal aliens who commit crimes never face the consequences.

Needless to say, the number of gay and transgender illegal aliens will magically start to sky rocket, should this be implemented.

After all, the exact same thing is happening in prisons across America, as rapists and other monsters are learning how easy it is to claim they’re transgender in order to be sent to a women’s prison that’s fully stocked with victims who have nowhere to run and hide.

There is literally nothing stopping thousands of criminal illegal aliens from claiming they are gay or transgender to avoid facing justice.

And that’s clearly just the way Democrats want things.
