Kamala Harris’ Vice Presidential pick has had a serious problem telling the truth.

He has lied about his rank in the National Guard, serving “in war,” winning awards, his DUI arrest, using IVF to conceive his children, being a head football coach, and so much more.

But now Democrats are panicked after the war veterans Tim Walz deserted to run for Congress made this election-altering move.

Weapon of War Walz

Serving your country in the National Guard is obviously a noble, selfless act that deserves praise.

It is an honorable way to serve your fellow countrymen, as you not only serve the people of your state in times of need and natural disasters, but you are also there to serve your country when called upon as well.

But part of the deal is that you don’t get to quit right before you are deployed.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz, quit right before his unit was deployed to Iraq, even though he was a senior enlisted person who had people under him who were counting on him.

But Walz quit to run for Congress and join the cushy ranks of the ruling class elite rather than following through with his commitment to his brothers and sisters in arms.

Four senior enlisted members of Walz’s unit who did follow through on deploying to Iraq went on The Megyn Kelly Show to let America know just what they thought about Walz deserting his unit right before it was deployed.

Some members of the unit were killed during their deployment, but Walz stayed home while using his service to bolster his political career.

Morale Crusher

Initially, Walz said he was going with his unit, but soon after that he put in his paperwork to retire.

The Daily Mail quoted Paul Herr as saying, “That’s a morale crusher. It chews away at the fabric of the military and its ability to do its mission. And it’s just it may not legally be wrong, it is morally indefensible.”

Another was quoted: “He just quit and turned his back on us,” he said. “I don’t understand how he could do it morally, or where you have absolutely no integrity.”

The group was also livid at Walz’s claim that he was a Command Sergeant Major as he never fulfilled the requirements for the rank prior to his retirement, and that he carried weapons “in war” even though he retired before his unit was deployed.

It’s a clear example of Stolen Valor.

None of the veterans interviewed on Kelly’s show believe that it was an innocent mistake as Walz claims.

Everyone who has served as long as Walz did as a senior NCO knows the ranks.

Walz has also claimed to have been deployed to Afghanistan in 2003 as part of Operation Enduring Freedom, but in reality, he was sent to Italy for a few months, thousands of miles away from any war zone.

Herr was quoted in the Daily Mail saying: “You were in Italy… when you’re sucking down a latte, and people are getting shot at, there’s a big difference.”

Walz Denigrates the Nation Guard

During the George Floyd riots, Walz was Governor of Minnesota.

Former President Donald Trump and others asked him to deploy the National Guard to restore order in Minneapolis that was being destroyed.

Walz would not do it, saying the National Guard were a bunch of “19-year-olds who were cooks.”

This really ticked off the veterans who were deployed to Iraq when Walz retired.  They believe Walz insulted the entire National Guard with that remark.

All of the veterans interviewed believed that Walz cut and ran out on his troops.

The Daily Mail quoted one of Walz former colleagues saying: ‘’Fear is a reaction. Bravery is a decision,’ Herr said. ‘And Walz has made the wrong decision. He’s not brave. I call him a coward because he is. Because he took the easy path. He took the path of least resistance.’”
