America is more politically divided than at any other point in recent memory.
This is largely due to the way the Left and the completely bogus January 6 committee have obsessed over Donald Trump.
And now Democrat Representative Adam Schiff just threatened Donald Trump in an explosive new interview.
Democrats have completely torn America apart in their quest to destroy Trump and other conservatives
Democrats have made it abundantly clear that they are not willing to cooperate with conservatives at all.
To make matters worse, many Democrats have made it their mission to come after former President Donald Trump and his supporters.
The completely bogus January 6 committee is the most obvious example.
This kangaroo court has completely ignored most legal traditions and precedents in order to attack Trump and some of his supporters.
Now that this committee’s work is done, the radical leftists who served on this committee are demanding action.
One of the most high-profile Democrats to serve on this committee is none other than Adam Schiff, who represents California’s 28th District in the House of Representatives.
And on KTTA’s The Issue Is, Schiff went off on Donald Trump and his supporters.
Schiff claimed, “We examined the statutes that we thought the most clearly applied to the President’s conduct and others. Those are the charges that we referred. We looked at the elements of each. We think the evidence matches each of those elements, and we wanted the Justice Department to be aware that we felt there was a basis for potential charges on at least those four crimes.”
He then added, “Well, you know, first of all, Mike Pence wants to run for President, and he doesn’t want to alienate the supporters of Donald Trump. So this is his way, I suppose, of trying to have it both ways. It would be too dangerous not to if the department believes that there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed crimes. We cannot have a situation in this country where a President is above the law or anyone else for that matter.”
These comments from Schiff prove that he is hell-bent on trying to press criminal charges on Donald Trump and others in his circle.
Prosecuting Donald Trump is an awful idea
The truth is, prosecuting former President Donald Trump is a very bad idea.
Doing this would divide America more severely than at other time in modern history.
But this is exactly what Schiff and other Democrats want.
Their policy is to divide and conquer after all.
And now that Donald Trump has announced his candidacy for President, this is an especially bad idea.
The good news is, Republicans are set to take back control of the House very soon.
Hopefully, this will mean that the attacks on Trump will slow down.
What Democrats and RINOs Cheney and Kinzinger did in the January 6 committee is a complete and total disgrace to America’s political and legal system.
Americans must fight back against these anti-American members of Congress and urge their members of Congress to focus on issues that matter like securing the border and reining in wasteful spending.
