The winner of the Presidential election is going to be decided by a handful of swing states.Â

Wisconsin Supreme Court keeps third-party spoiler hope aliveÂ
Wisconsin is one of the three Rust Belt swing states along with Michigan and Pennsylvania that are considered the most important in the Presidential election.
The state was decided by razor-thin margins in the last two contests.Â
Former President Donald Trump became the first Republican since Ronald Reagan in 1984 to win Wisconsin in 2016 after he carried it by about 27,000 votes.Â
It was won by roughly 20,000 votes by President Joe Biden in 2020.Â
This year both Vice President Kamala Harris and Trump are locked in a tight contest that’s within the margin of error in most polling.Â
Wisconsin could be headed for another photo finish so both Democrats and Republicans are looking for anything that could give them an edge.
An employee with the Democratic National Committee (DNC) filed a legal challenge to have Green Party Presidential candidate Jill Stein thrown off the ballot.
The lawsuit argued that because the Green Party didn’t have any elected officials in Wisconsin it wasn’t qualified to be on the ballot.
In a shocking decision, the Wisconsin Supreme Court allowed the Green Party to remain on the ballot.
The ruling shut down all other legal challenges against the party’s ballot status.Â
Democrats have the majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court so it was considered shocking they would issue a ruling that could potentially hurt Kamala.
The Green Party was removed from the ballot in the 2020 Election in Wisconsin after a successful Democrat legal challenge.Â
Democrats, who claim to be the party of democracy, have aggressively been trying to get Stein and independent Presidential candidate Cornel West thrown off the ballot in states around the country.Â
Donald Trump gets a boost in crucial swing stateÂ
Democrats blame Stein for helping Trump win Wisconsin in the 2016 Election when she received roughly 30,000 votes – more than the former President’s margin of victory in the state.Â
This year President Joe Biden faced a serious threat of third parties playing spoiler and siphoning votes away from him.Â
Kamala has brought home more of the third-party vote since she entered the race according to polling but the threat of them playing spoiler remains.Â
The pro-Palestinian base of the Democrat Party has been outraged at the Biden-Harris administration for not forcefully calling for a permanent ceasefire for Israel in its conflict with Hamas.
And tensions flared when a Palestinian American wasn’t chosen to speak at the Democratic National Convention.
Disgruntled Democrats launched a movement during the party’s Presidential Primary to vote uncommitted to express their dissatisfaction with Biden’s handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict.
About 48,000 protest votes were cast in the Wisconsin Democrat Presidential Primary this year.Â
Jill Stein could siphon enough votes this fall from Kamala Harris to potentially help tip the state to Donald Trump.Â
